As I’ve shared in past newsletters, I’ve come to realize that writing a novel isn’t the hard part—promoting it is. It’s been eight months now of near-constant promotion. Even when I’m on vacation, it never quite leaves me. There’s always that nagging little voice whispering, “You should be doing more. Shouldn’t you have given that person a bookmark?” You know the one—that persistent, irritating voice that never takes a day off.
Well, here is something I want to share that will put me to the test a bit more. I'm excited to share that I've been selected to participate in a local author panel hosted by RJ Julia! I’ll be promoting my book and myself. Their announcement is below. If you're in the area, I’d love for you to come—it would mean so much to see some familiar faces in the crowd(hopefully!).
We love our local authors! Join us in supporting local Fiction authors at an upcoming event at our Middletown location.

In Of Lies and Honey by Donna Norman-Carbone, a revealed secret forces three women to make choices that will alter their roles as mothers and daughters forever.
An encounter with a mystical channeler allows two soulmates to experience the road not taken in Again and Again Back to You by Andrea Ezerins. It explores the profound impact first love can have on one’s life.
This Darkness Will Never End, translated by Jeanne Bonner, is a stunning short story collection—available in English for the first time—that established Edith Bruck as a major figure in Italian literature.
In Nina Punks @*&%Off! by Jeff Nelson, a duo ends up on a journey that turns their attention away from their woes and toward something much more terrifying.
Your book cover is the best. Good luck.
